NC Business are always looking for skilled accountants to join their practice. An Accountancy practice is large enough to provide complexity, yet small enough to allow an accountant to quickly develop working relationships with their clients and with other members of the assurance team.
As an Accountant, you will be an important part of a team responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience to an interesting and diverse group of customers.

• Planning fieldwork assignments including budget and resource needs
• Supervision of junior accounting staff to ensure they understand their role on the engagement, and the needs of the client
• Ensuring staff get the feedback they need to improve performance on subsequent engagements
• Communicating with other members of the audit team to ensure client expectations are anticipated and managed in a timely manner
• Working with other office Service Lines to identify business opportunities and provide a full range of services to the client
Requirements and Skills to highlight on your resume
Most Accountant firms are looking for a highly motivated individuals with the following experience:
• Working towards their CA designation (has written the UFE or has completed requirements to write the UFE)
• At least two years experience in audit and assurance within public practice
• Proven leadership ability
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong technical expertise in auditing and accounting
